- To be able to offer professional, helpful, high quality service.
- Process orders.
- Suggest information about products and services to meet customer’s needs.
- Answer sales calls in a prompt efficient and professional manner.
- Update special prices and online ordering platforms.
- Arrange RMA’s and credits when required.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Assist in completing tenders.
- POD, invoice queries and filing.
- Dealing with customer complaints via email and telephone.
- Any other duties your line manager deems relevant to the smooth operation of the department.
